活动目的: “美术馆之夜”艺术节旨在促进艺术青年、大学生、艺术爱好者以及相关艺术从业人员之间的交流与友谊,励志建立“中国IN、最鲜活的艺术欢聚盛会”。本次美术馆之夜为活动的第四期,以电影为主题。此次美术馆之夜活动将秉承上届美术馆之夜活动的宗旨,以电影艺术的集结为活动中心。本次活动将邀请全国的艺术青年们,相会在中央美术学院美术馆,让热爱艺术的大学生及社会各界的朋友们在美术馆这个艺术天地中,了解艺术、参与艺术,享受艺术、创造艺术,建立艺术与艺术、艺术与非艺术之间的纽带。

2012年11月9日,第四季美术馆之夜将璀璨呈现,重量级的文化单元活动有“本杰明•巴特莫电影海报展”及 “我们时代的电影人”——30部大师纪录片放映季。法国著名电影海报设计大师——本杰明.巴特莫(Benjamin Baltimore)是世界著名的独立海报设计师,中央美术学院美术馆不仅呈现了这次原版海报展,公共教育及发展部还策划推出系列公开课、工作坊等活动。同时将进行安德烈•拉巴德公开课,大师带领观众深度触摸电影艺术,持续放映35部“我们时代的电影人”纪录影片,巴特莫海报展及拉巴特大师纪录片的播放季是我馆关于电影艺术的学术思考与梳理探讨,也是新人电影节文化系列的重要单元之一,其关注电影艺术新人、探讨研究世界电影艺术、推动中国当代电影文化艺术发展的多元性与可能性,是我们全力呈现的。中央美术学院美术馆之夜关于电影艺术的集结,更是呈现这样一个公共性的平面+影像的综合性艺术形式,希望这个活动能让大学生及公众更重视电影文化和历史,也想利用这次活动来提高影视艺术的文化知传播力与影响力。届时,我们将以化妆、表演晚会、互动的形式再一次点亮美术馆之夜。

美术馆之夜第四季文化单元活动:
一.“本杰明•巴特莫电影海报展”
2012年10月28日至11月4日,“本杰明•巴特莫电影海报展”于央美美术馆举办。展览共展出30幅法国原版海报。本杰明•巴特莫将对中国学子及年轻设计师连续呈现三次面对面的海报设计工作坊活动。
二.“我们时代的电影人”——30部大师纪录片放映季
2012年10月28日至11月15日,中央美术学院美术馆国际学术报告厅及公共教育区将放映“我们时代的电影人”纪录影片,同时将进行安德烈•拉巴德公开课,大师亲自带领观众深度触摸电影艺术。
1964年,《电影手册》的编辑安德烈•拉巴德和巴赞的妻子雅尼娜受法国广播电视局之邀,做一个以导演访谈为主要内容的系列纪录片,即《我们时代的电影人》。访谈基本模式是请新锐导演谈对自己影响重大的电影导演。随着时间的流逝,当年的新锐电影人已成为今日的大师,“我们时代的电影”也成为了一次大师与大师的碰撞。中央美术学院美术馆呈现这样一个影像的综合性影展,希望能够通过这些珍贵的纪录片、图片、文献资料,让大家全方位回顾并重新认识这些在电影史上意义非凡的电影大师。我馆非常难得地从法国得到35部纪录短片,每一部都是一位电影人的采访和介绍。播放季节里,我们还将有安德烈•拉巴德公开课,大师将带你深度触摸电影艺术,希望这个活动能让大学生及公众更重视电影文化和历史,也想利用这次活动来提高影视艺术的文化知传播力与影响力。
三.第四季美术馆之夜活动内容:
1.   展览参观:16:00—17:00
美术馆下午4点免费开放参观,届时活动人员可以免费参观美术馆相关在线展览。
当日在线展览:
①    钻石之叶——全球艺术家手制书展
②    “十年•有声”当代国际首饰展
③    “置上”——于凡作品展
④    艺术家与工作室——奥弗·勒路石近作展
超人导览:
①    于凡家庭:于凡父子为当日来访观众进行亲子导览。
雕塑家于凡并不仅仅是一位艺术工作者,实际上还身着多重社会角色。于凡作为一位艺术家的同时,也是一位艺术教育工作者,他更是一位慈祥的父亲。此次活动中,于凡携子将带领来自社会的家庭和太阳村小朋友一起参观展览。
此次导览活动旨在向观众呈现艺术家生活的另一面,使艺术家生活的多面性为公众所认知,突出展现“艺术生活化、生活艺术化”。并希望以这次活动为契机,带动社区亲子活动与美术馆的互动。
②    人文学院硕博士导览团:当下的当代艺术展览已越来越不能轻易解读,此次导览活动中,来自中央美术学院人文学院的硕士和博士将以专业的艺术鉴赏素养为观众进行展览的分析与阐释,使观众了解艺术作品中蕴藏的文化意义。
③    本杰明·巴特莫:电影海报大师向你讲述海报的艺术魅力。来自法国的电影海报大师巴特莫在离京返法前亲身在我馆讲解此次参展的电影海报,届时美术馆馆内将播放当时拍摄的视频与图片。
2.   美术馆之夜集结盛会开幕式及现场表演:
活动当晚,美术馆将精心安排一系列艺术文化表演,在烘托气氛的同时也给大家带来关于电影艺术的化妆party之夜。
A      魔人布欧表演团:魔人布欧表演团是一支具备专业水平的表演团队,是全国知名的非洲鼓打击表演团体之一。该团每年国内演出超过百场以上,通过各种形式的舞台表演及现场互动,用极具视听震撼力的节奏演出。此次美术馆之夜魔人布欧表演团将为我们带来耳目一新的原生态音乐。
B      田宇哲乐队现场演唱:田宇哲是中国大陆新一代民谣歌手。
C     炫酷街舞:中央美术学院城市学院街舞社由热爱舞蹈的美院学生组成,他们活力四射的舞台表演曾夺得央美达人秀的桂冠。今晚他们更将以炫目的舞姿点燃美术馆之夜!
D     歌曲演唱《鸿雁》:来自中央美术学院壁画系的学生朱宝元将为我们演唱内蒙古的经典歌曲。
E      双排键电子管风琴演奏:青年音乐家李奧轩将于美术馆现场演奏双排键电子琴,身为“90后”的他已经举办了多场个人演奏会,今夜就让我们一睹风采!
F      歌曲演唱《不能说的秘密》:来自城市学院的学生王书辰具有淡淡的周董气质,今晚他将为我们带来电影歌曲《不能说的秘密》。
3.   新人电影节颁奖仪式
4.   麒麟影业集团公司化妆团队出席
5.   公益行动:中央美术学院美术馆自建馆以来,就十分重视特殊少儿群体的美术教育问题。多年来,我馆公共美术教育与发展部持续为特殊少儿群体专项设计的美术活动,旨在让艺术走进这些儿童的生活,打开他们的眼界,并将审美和艺术的观念传递给他们。此次公益行动在即,美术馆将与太阳村的小朋友进行互动,并特邀他们参加此次以电影为主题的美术馆之夜活动。
6.   礼物回馈:1+1=+∞(一加一等于正无穷)
艺术学院的学生邀请一位非艺术生的朋友参加美术馆之夜,让艺术感染更多人!当日活动开始后前20对来访美术馆的搭档将获得小礼品一份(20份礼品)。
7.   动漫cosplay活动:美术馆将邀请中央美术学院动漫社、各高校影协等动漫团体在美术馆内举办大型动漫cosplay活动。
8.   纪录片播放:侯孝贤《侯孝贤肖像》91m;大卫.林奇《不要看我》59m
9.   装酷工坊·重返梦工厂:在“大学与美术馆”俱乐部(美术馆公共教育活动中心),将为各位来访潮人准备面具及化妆材料,大家可以根据电影为主题进行创意化妆、制作个性服装和另类装饰。进来是我——出来是他!让我们一起拍照合影!

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Article III

Event participants should be adults (people 18 years or older with full civil legal capacity). Underage persons must be accompanied by an adult.

Article IV

Event participants undertake all liability for their personal safety during the event, and event participants are encouraged to purchase personal safety insurance. Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
