2013年9月17日14:00-16:00，由捷克使馆、中央美术学院美术馆发起的弗拉基米尔·可可利亚「“场域中的视觉”—一场将视野视觉化的斗争」在中央美术学院美术馆学术报告厅举行，中央美术学院美术馆公共教育部任蕊老师为讲座进行了简单的致词,表示我们作为央美美术馆公共教育部致力于给大家呈现出这样一些有份量的学术讲座及活动。捷克大使馆的马金博士对弗拉基米尔·可可利亚的艺术成就作了较为详细的介绍.随后弗拉基米尔·可可利亚在创作的分析基础上着重介绍了自己多年来以视觉得角度进行了视野的差异度，是怎样创造了自己独特的艺术领域。
弗拉基米尔·可可利亚（Vladimir Kokolia）是捷克当代杰出的艺术家之一，于1981年在布拉格美术学院取得了艺术硕士学位。随后不久，可可利亚便成为了一位知名的教派画家，创造了数百幅具有讽刺及多重涵义的作品。90年代期间，他因为将具象派动机和图案，身体姿态和冥想结合在一起而得到了国际社会的关注。1990年，可可利亚成为了首位赢得捷克青年视觉艺术家奖（Jindrich Chalupecky Prize）的艺术家。1992年，他参与了德国卡塞尔文献展的捷克艺术家。自从1992年起，可可利亚开始担任布拉格美术学院版画系的主任。
讲座一开始，可可利亚便提出了“视场”这一概念。他认为：人将有不同的“视野”乃至“视场”，从第一张画开始讲，六岁的时候，就不同的是以两个“视场”来从不同的角度及“视野”来观察事物对象。小时候看到的树，不仅看到外面的树叶，还从树的底部向上看到树的树干。这正是特别的地方，人有两个视角，一个是他自己看的角度，一个是不为人知的、内心的、深层的、独特具有的视角。这里的两个“视场”,就是讲座的中心题目“场域中的视觉—一场将视野视觉化的斗争”，他不仅思考每个人都有自己的视场，视场又是虚拟的，而不是一个实体，比如我们在一个空间、一间房，每个人都带有不同又多个的视角，你我都带有一个视场的话，我们就产生问题了，我们怎么把它可视化，所以画家的问题是说怎么去展现我们看的，怎么表现人们是怎么看的，觉得这个不应该是太困难的表达，我就是想要找到一个方法去表现，但是很难找到更为准确的可视化方法，将是一场面临一场对峙的革命与斗争.
弗拉基米尔·可可利亚（Vladimir Kokolia）坦言：“小时候的我就发誓只画我看见的东西，当时我下这个决心是因为我要诚实，我不会编造我没看到的东西或者不存在的东西，为了画我看到的东西，我不得不改变自己的视线，或者是我的眼光，实际上这是一个很重要的问题，我们到底看见了什么，你很难回答我们看到的是什么”。在可可利亚十七至四十岁之间关注画该怎么画、画什么和怎么去观察。现在在这里我，捷克共和国的政治形式有点紧张，感觉他的视场被偷走了，不再是属于他自己，国家可以随时的介入，我们可以想象视场像一棵树，每个人都躺在那儿，同时，他们的视场像一棵树一样在往上长，如果要是有人把我的视场给砍了呢，会怎么样？问题是怎么捕捉视场，不管它是从我们的眼前展开，还是从我们的头脑里展开的视场。这都有一个火山，我们不知道是不是有人在偷走我们的视场，而且还在抚慰我们，每个人前面都有一个监视器，人们都在尖叫，这样的是视频，视频上面的节目都是一样的，这个人可能他的节目跟别人不一样，他就离开人群了，我们的视场可能会投向危险的环境，但是也可以只投向私人的空间，这也不是一个愉快的选择。
艺术家1987年有一个机会画一个大的画，大概有80米长，8米宽的一张画，有二十张这样类似这么大小的。
可可利亚在演讲过程中透露一个秘密，他不仅是当捷克代艺术家，还是是一位歌手，而且还是一个乐队里的歌手，从一位表演者的身份去捕捉视场。在唱歌的时候会戴一个银色眼罩，视场是被隐藏起来，什么也看不见，但是可以感觉到观众，他们不止产生一种气氛，是一种存在，集体的存在。艺术家为了强调视场有时候他让会把话画故意糊。他在年轻的时候就一直在尝试画他看到的东西，或者说他看东西的那个机制。他举例说，我们看窗户外边，有这种圆圈的这个瞬间，这是两人，可以看见两张画一起看，这是通过透视或者是投射变成倾斜的一个画，从我们这个角度好像是这么看的，实际上这是一张画整个平面的在墙上，一个是正常的，一个是扭曲的，我觉得你们在两个画之间走，就像X光那样，你们走过的时候你们也觉得像在照X光走过，里面有视场。我原来担心以前的政府会偷走我们的视场，媒体也在做差不多的事情，我现在这是以这个比较简单的这种画树的分子和树的图画来结束，我就简单的看树，就是简单的把我看到的东西画下来，在捷克大家都觉得这个方法是非常中国化的，我希望像中国的画家那样，然后看画海滩上的贝壳，如果他想画一个海滩的贝壳，然后他也要禅修十年画出来，一气呵成就画出来。这是水彩，这是一部分，这是画的比较大。
在讲座尾声，可可利亚再次声明，视场就是视觉的视，场地的场，这是我们最熟悉不过的东西，我们这么熟悉几乎就视而不见了，真正的奇迹的神秘的就在我们眼前，我们不知道它是实体，如果我们的视线接触了，我们觉得这是一个实体的接触，他不知道是怎么构成的，它不是任何东西构成的，画家的生活空间，有些画家不需要去注意他，有这样的传统不止是蒙德利安，他们就开始察觉怎么样去看这个场，怎么能看视场的这个机制，我希望大家虽然经过很冗长的或者是很困难的讲座，但是希望引起大家的注意，不管你的眼睛是不是张开的，这个视场永远盘伴随着您。

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.
Article VI
Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.
CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement
According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):
I. General Provisions
(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.
(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.
(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.
II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use
(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.
(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.
(3) Geographical Scope of Use
The applicable geographic scope is global.
The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).
III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use
Use in perpetuity.
IV. Licensing Fees
The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.
After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.
Additional Terms
(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.
(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.
(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.
Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
