外国学者介绍

 

.C.布林格/ Lee C. Bollinger

Lee Carroll Bollinger(生于1946430日)是美国的律师和教育工作者,现任哥伦比亚大学第19任校长,曾任密歇根大学校长。博林杰校长是一位杰出的法学学者,主攻第一修正案及言论自由方向。他在美国最高院有关平权录取措施的判决中发挥了重要作用。20107月,博林杰被任命为2011年美国联邦储备银行纽约董事会主席。此前,他是董事会副主席。

 

在他的著作《自由、坚定与开放:新世纪的新闻自由》中,博林杰校长提出了一些问题,他在法学院开设的课程就是着意于讨论、回答这些问题。博林杰校长是哥伦比亚大学的首位塞斯洛教授,也是哥大法学院的教师,更是国内最杰出的第一修正案学者之一。他经常在专栏、媒体采访和公开亮相时强调种族、文化和社会经济多样性对于美国的重要价值。

 

在哥大工作期间,博林杰校长取得了不少标志性的成就。其中他在任内发展壮大了覆盖四大洲的八个哥大全球中心,还在学校本部创立了各种新机构以支持全球对话及学术研究,如世界领袖论坛和全球思想委员会。

 

卡罗尔贝克尔/Carol Becker

卡罗尔·贝克尔博士现为哥伦比亚大学艺术学院院长、艺术系教授,曾任芝加哥艺术学院院长及学术事务副校长、文科教授。于纽约州立大学布法罗分校取得英文文学学士学位,并于加利福尼亚大学圣地亚哥分校取得英文与美国文学博士学位。她曾于美国国内及世界各地均做过多次演讲,并荣获无数奖项。贝克尔博士同样也是全球经济论坛全球议程委员会中的一员。

 

卡罗尔·贝克尔博士的研究方向包括:女性主义理论研究、美国文化历史研究、艺术家教育、艺术及社会责任、南非艺术及政策。

 

 

 

国内学者介绍 

 

苏新平

1960年生于内蒙古集宁市,1977年入部队服兵役,1983年毕业于天津美术学院绘画系,毕业后在内蒙古师范大学美术系任教。1989年毕业于中央美术学院版画系,获得硕士学位,并留校任教。现为中央美术学院副院长、教授、博士生导师。兼任中国美术家协会版画艺委会副主任、中国国家画院版画院副院长。曾获第七届全国美术作品展铜奖、联合国教科文组织艺术促进奖提名奖、鲁迅版画奖等。2011年被评为北京市第七届教学名师,2014年获得第八届AAC艺术中国年度艺术家·油画类大奖2015年获四个一批人才称号。作品曾被大英博物馆、牛津大学阿什莫林博物馆、德国路德维希美术馆、波特兰美术馆、旧金山博物馆、福冈美术馆、澳大利亚国家博物馆、中国美术馆、上海美术馆、中央美术学院美术馆等收藏。

 

苏新平早年在草原的生活体验以及军队服役的经历使得他对大地、天空与心灵的孤独状态体验深刻。上世纪八、九十年代,苏新平创作了一大批反映这类主题的版画作品,显示了其艺术精神的力度和生命意志的强度。由于敏感地认识到中国社会转型的阵痛,苏新平开始运用油画、素描等直接绘画的手段探讨欲望、精神、思想危机等社会现实问题。随着对自身工作方式理解的逐渐加深,苏新平将自我的反思及传统文化的追问也纳入实践范畴,由此引发对艺术与日常的互文关系、时间与思维的有效同步等理念问题的思考。

 

徐冰

1981 年毕业于中央美术学院版画系。1990 年移居美国。2007 年回国就任中央美术学院副院长、教授,现任中央美术学院学术委员会主任。作品曾在纽约大都会博物馆、伦敦大英博物馆、纽约现代美术馆、美国马萨诸塞州当代美术馆、威尼斯双年展等艺术机构展出。

1999 年获得美国麦克阿瑟天才奖。2003年获得第十四届日本福冈亚洲文化奖。2004 年获得首届威尔士国际视觉艺术大奖(Artes Mundi)2006年获全美版画家协会版画艺术终身成就奖2010 年被美国哥伦比亚大学授予人文学荣誉博士学位。

 

尹吉男

尹吉男,著名艺术史学者,当代艺术评论家,中国古代书画鉴定专家。现任中央美术学院人文学院院长,中国美术史教授,中国社会科学院研究生院考古学系特聘教授,故宫博物院古书画研究中心特聘研究员。教育部国家级教学团队(美术学)带头人,国家级特色专业(美术学)带头人,曾被评为北京市优秀青年骨干教师。2009年获全国高等院校科学研究优秀成果奖。现为国家重大攻关项目——马克思主义理论工程、国家教材《中国美术史》的首席专家。主要著作有《关于淮安王镇墓出土书画的初步认识》《明代后期鉴藏家关于六朝绘画知识的生成与作用》《董源概念的历史生成》等,出版个人文集《后娘主义——近观中国当代文化与美术》(三联,2002),在三联书店主编开放的艺术史大型系列学术丛书等。

 

宋晓霞

中央美术学院教授,博士生导师。主持教育部当代艺术实践与增强国家文化竞争力战略研究(重大课题攻关项目)、《中国美术史• 20 世纪的美术》(马克思主义理论研究和建设工程重点编写教材)、文化部中国形象的海外生成:近20 年中国当代艺术展海外调查等项研究,完成中国美术家协会海外研修项目从海外看中国形象的塑造。自2009 年在中央美术学院人文学院开设博硕研究生专题课程“20 世纪中国美术研究的问题与方法西方视角与中国当代艺术研究当代艺术专题研究2013 年在中央美术学院策划并主持全校跨院系工作坊全球视野下的当代艺术研究。自2013 年以来,学术主持中央美术学院当代学术开放讲堂。现为中国美术家协会会员,中央美术学院美术学研究所副所长,中央美术学院科研处处长。

内容介绍

时间对于我们到底意味着什么?从《星际穿越》、《源代码》、《命定终途》到《少数派报告》,改变过去的努力在大银幕上从未停止,但过去真的能被改变吗?当下又意味着什么,如果当下只是转瞬即逝的那一瞬(随即变成过去),那它究竟有什么价值?在这个讲座中,主讲人将深入当代欧陆思想,从中发掘出一个至关重要的新动向,即努力把时间空间化,在构述这个思想动向中,康德、黑格尔、尼采到二十世纪的柏格森、海德格尔、拉康、德勒兹、以及更晚近的杜佩、齐泽克、阿甘本,将会一一出场。

 

主讲人介绍

吴冠军,字子极,号仁轩、铭幽,上海人,祖籍吴县。华东师范大学政治学系教授、博士生导师、系学术委员会副主任,兼任上海纽约大学(NYU Shanghai)双聘教授、《华东师范大学学报》英文版执行主编、《左翼前沿思想译丛》主编。澳大利亚墨纳士大学(Monash University)哲学博士、客座研究员。上海市曙光学者浦江人才,华东师范大学英才学者。出版有《第十一论纲》、《The Great Dragon Fantasy》等七部中英文论著、《神圣人》《当下的哲学》等多部译著,主要研究方向为政治哲学、精神分析、中国古典思想。治学之余,亦有古典诗词作品《冷香铭幽》、《心有天游》等十多卷,收辑成《一念千波点点光》一书。

CAFA Art Museum Publication Authorization Agreement

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Article III

Event participants should be adults (people 18 years or older with full civil legal capacity). Underage persons must be accompanied by an adult.

Article IV

Event participants undertake all liability for their personal safety during the event, and event participants are encouraged to purchase personal safety insurance. Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
