最初的想法来源于去年疫情的时候,我在老家呆了七个月,我慢慢发现曾经不在意的老家也都在慢慢变化……

影像中,故事的内容没有一定的排序,本作品更多的是营造一种回忆的氛围。所讲述的是关于我家乡的人家乡的城。整体四个影像同时播放,画面始终会保持着窗外高速行驶的路边景色,给观者带来一种坐在回家的列车上的感觉…在框的外表下,影像慢慢地变化,它记录了时间,也定格了那一段的回忆。

我嵌入了大大小小的带框的屏幕,屏幕作为一种媒介,它也是家庭中必不可少的一个元素。它打破了时空的界限,从窗外沿途的风景与家庭环境的时空的转换与时间的变化。


导师评语

陈丽娟的毕业创作与她之前的课程作业颇有关联,如果说回望是2020年很多人的共同选择,那么从那时起她目光就始终望向自己的家乡,自己的家庭和成长记忆。她选择以影像装置形式完成的毕业作品质朴平实,从容淡定,耐人品读。

台湾作为传统和现代充分混杂的城市,不同阶层、年龄、地位的人都有自己的信仰。妈祖作为台湾的主要信仰是一个由“凡俗”到“神圣”的海洋文化的行船庇佑或海上救苦救难的形象, 其符号的象征被传播和接受,归根于原始巫术崇拜、造神运动、历史文化的取舍和特殊的地理环境所致, 至今仍长盛不衰。但现代的民众已经无需巫术来勘测海况,也不需要庙宇的雕艺来讲述社会教化,信众却依旧纷纷出资出力的去建筑庙宇,妈祖信仰已经被现代社会赋予的新符号。

导师评语

通过毕业作品,黄祺译对妈祖,这一伴其成长,如水之于鱼的民间信仰和地域文化进行了重新审视,并在感性和理性的交替中思考其对地区、家庭和个人的意义,可谓有感而发。通过简约的结构和多种来源的图像,她试图呈现物、像和内心世界的相互映照。

家庭聚会中麻将常作为家人间的娱乐消遣手段,麻将的从小陪伴构成家庭关系中的不可或缺部分,家庭关系在麻将桌上“你来我往”的谈吐和动作间展露无遗。麻将既是内容又是象征,以麻将代表的嗜好对父辈和我的生活都产生了不同程度的影响。通过麻将这个纽带,它制造了除了血缘关系外更密切的关联,在不停的“推杯换盏”的过程中,置于麻将桌的四方不断打破并重组这些关系,以此不断构成新的语境。

李思蒂的毕业创作聚焦麻将,这一她再熟悉不过的家庭生活内容,只不过这次她将自己抽离出来,以一种观察者的目光,于瞬息万变的牌局中去体味生活中智慧的微光和人与人之间关系上的微妙变化。作品以高质量的拍摄为基础,最终以一种通达诙谐的综合方式完成了颇具个人特质的表达。

因为疫情的限制,人们被关在家中,互联网成为了当代人获取信息的主要途径。当我们无法到达新闻现场时,图像对观者的意义变得格外重要。为了满足当下只能依靠图文信息来了解事件全貌的现状,新闻图像需要借助摄影艺术中大量的符号累积结果,才能使人们建立起对图像更为准确的认知。于是我选取了四类不同“灾难性”主题事件,对它们进行了大量的调研与概括,并尝试重构、再造这些新闻事件,以摄影的手段去探讨在脱离现场时,屏幕后的我们该以什么样的态度去看待事件,对于事件本身我们又拥有着怎样的责任与权利。

导师评语

叶守佳的毕业创作并不顺利,但这反而凸显了她的执着。和所有人一样,2020年她的目光透过网络经由媒体始终望向波谲云诡的世界,这种体验成为她创作的初始动力。同时,对于各种媒体,以及通过这些媒体送达到个体的“世界”的质疑和追问,最终为其作品注入了内涵与力量,也是她”再造新闻”这种创作手法的底层逻辑。她的作品既需要观看,也需要阅读。

回忆是一个人过去最宝贵的部分,在我的生命中,与我的爱犬共度的童年无疑是其中最温暖的部分。她是我雨夜里的一盏烛光,虽不明亮,但足够记忆弥新。相册是记忆的碎片,情感的琥珀,过往的点滴在其中凝结起来。我的相册中保管了我和我的爱犬的悠闲时光。我想要在作品中以动画的形式展现那些停留在我的记忆中的美好日子,展现一个小生命的可爱与鲜活,一个陪伴者的快乐与温馨。


导师评语

芦晗的动画短片《album》塑造了一只活泼可爱的小狗的鲜活形象。它的一举一动,无时无刻触动着我们内心的感动。

本片采用动画和实拍相结合的形式进行制作,剧情大致主线为一个非常老旧的游戏机中人物,一个非常小的像素小人爱上了现实世界的人物,试图通关各时代的游戏前往现实世界的故事。展览形式为将三到四种类型的游戏机分类摆放,每种类型的游戏机有一个显示屏播放动画,主角会根据剧情在各个屏幕中穿梭,跨越通关各类游戏诸如魂斗罗、超级玛丽等等,人眼的像素约为5.76亿,而就是这一个个看似微不足道的像素点塑造了我们缤纷多彩的世界,给予了我们欢乐与勇往直前的勇气。

栾锴同学的毕业创作将不同时代、不同类型的经典游戏以及现实生活不断更替交叠,用动画的形式绘制各个不同的具有代表性的游戏类型,多种风格通过分屏转换衔接在了一起,展示了游戏世界的精彩更迭。

《蛰》是以《牡丹亭》为文本基础,用手绘为主的方式创作的二维动画。我想用这种虽然笨拙但是最为纯粹的方式进行创作。贯穿《牡丹亭》的“情”拥有超越生死的力量,伴随杜丽娘跨越现实、梦境与幽冥三个境界,使现实世界无法实现的爱情得到了实现。夫物芸芸,各复归于其根。万物负阴而抱阳,冲气以为和。独立而不改,周行而不殆。反者,道之动也。我们带着这份“情”从相遇到生死相别,灵魂碰撞纠缠,万事万物都在经历着这种循环回归的过程,并且这种循环并不是简单的重复,而是不断进化发展着。

满晨的动画短片《蛰》采用中国传统艺术的元素,用优美的线条,艳丽的色彩给我们描绘出一幅浪漫、绚丽的内心世界的独白。

万花筒的概念源于小时候父亲为我写的一本童话书,第一层代表父亲带给"我"的美好世界。另一方面,也想表达父亲与女儿之间感情是美好复杂的,由不同支离的感受相互组合而成。同时,在万花筒中涉及了两种视角,“我”透过万花筒看父亲——他的形象被碎片化的时间割裂。而父亲在万花筒外看到的“我”则是“完整的”。我与父亲的时间从来是不对等的,当他教我去学习探索美好世界的过程中,似乎已经错过了许多时间。

王艺轩的动画短片《万花筒》把抽象意义的父女亲情化作具体的画面,从绚丽多彩的万花筒世界里,让人们找到了共鸣和感动。——程可槑教授

从高中到大学,我正在经历一个从家庭庇护下的小孩转变为要在社会工业流水线中进行生产的成年人,但我似乎并找不到进行阶层跨越的方法,来去无论守住自己所在的阶层或是更进一步进行阶层上升。这个作品表达的就是本人关于阶层跨越的焦虑。“我们是否都在攀登天梯,像眼前吊着的胡萝卜的驴子一样盲目地奔跑在我们并不了解的赛道上。”那这种盲目的奔跑是否有必要存在,或者我们一旦停下,将头上的胡萝卜拿下后,是否有勇气面对这无垠的旷野,面对内心的迷茫与虚无。

导师评语

硬朗的线条、木纳呆滞的人物造型,诉说着现实焦虑的思考与反思。这就是赵致远的绘本作品带给我们的深切感受。——程可槑教授

2020年社会环境的变动与自身情感的变化,让我开始思考和回溯是什么把我们困在原地?人被限制住的时候,无法区分是人在适应着外界,还是外界在改变着人。
作品通过文本创作结合现实问题重置场景,以五段影像阐述女性身体表现的柔软个体与坚硬冰冷的实体所隐喻的对立的关系,进而映射个体与群体组成的社会空间的矛盾。

导师评语

宋金朔同学的毕业创作《被镶嵌的柔软》,是一个非常有深度的作品,她在尝试将我们日常的家庭关系以一种艺术化的语言来呈现,家庭关系中父母之间、母子之间、妇女之家等的状况,这种微妙的、复杂的、亲密的、疏远的、成长的、理念上的关系,在具体与抽象之间,情感与现实之间,时代与传统之间的联系、关系,如何用人文、艺术的形式来表现。宋金朔在努力中,她通过舞蹈化的形式结合影像化语言,再通过数字媒体与新的观看体验模式来表现,应该是个不错的尝试。作品打破了传统的直接的传播与表现方式,而是结合多种艺术语言来融合。不同观看角度带来人们体验事物内涵的新的方式。作品魔幻了屏幕的界限,形式上塑造了观者独特的沉浸空间,使作品融合了多维度跨领域的展现方式,创造性地构建了数字媒体艺术的新形态。完整、深入、融合地创作,给予作者、观者、技术媒介更进一步的统一。——靳军教授

在病“人”逐渐被消解的现代医疗环境下,《People, Hospital 人与医院》关注着这种人文缺失。两段影像以诙谐的基调,试图于医院——不安的沉默境地找寻“人”的鲜活。在地理与心理的游离错位中,个体的疾痛经验是为庞然的冷漠现实所滤去的。


《扩音器》以女性的疾痛经验切入,呈现了医患关系中隐形的“权力结构”;《现代梦》是由病人疾苦景象与现代化冷漠串联起的一个梦。经过一段时间于医院的观察调研,影片故事原型均提取于我的亲身见闻。


导师评语

胡婷儿在她的毕业设计创作过程中一直关注我们社会日常的问题,特别是以亲身的观察、体验、调研汇集了普通人生病、看病、治疗的情况记录,试图将医患关系中人文关怀缺失的问题呈现出来引起观众的重视。病人患病的疾痛感受特别需要温暖与理解的关怀,她的创作以诙谐的方式与概括化的看病问诊过程带给观众沉浸小景中的视觉体验。作品短片以拼贴艺术元素的动态影像为主,浓缩了叙事、情感、概念,两个蒙太奇化的影片在不同场景下的播放既有现实性又不乏深入警醒的规劝意味。作者对关注社会问题与运用多维艺术表现手法做了很好的结合。——靳军教授

自2020年后,随着各种各样天灾人祸的降临,饥荒再度席卷全球。直到一家名为帕拉可的寄生虫医疗公司带来了#4鞭毛虫...服用这款鞭毛虫,人类竟神奇地获得消化木纤维的能力!靠着草根、树皮,人类战胜了饥荒。2060年,人们不再视寄生虫为敌。各种各样的新型寄生虫应用到人体,有替代残肢的义肢虫、修饰肌肤、体型的肤衣虫、使人休眠长达数年的安睡虫...跟着街头采访,一睹未来与虫共生的另一个世界吧!

寄生虫是一直困扰人类的一类生物,但是寄生虫对于各类动物有益有害的不计其数,但好像对宿主比较有帮助的还不少。人们一直不喜欢寄生虫,但徐世雯在她的作品中将带给大家不一样的体验,它们在以后的日子里还是会更好地陪伴我们。作品以漫画常见的多格构图模式打造出了动态图形状态下的轻松活跃景象,时尚复古风格的MG 形式,跨格局的灵动跳跃造成了未来时段的轻炫色调。拟人的独白亲切地把感召了投向观众,每个不同的毛虫代表给大家做着介绍,然后进入当今新宠的势力范围。我们的未来生活即将与他们多少相伴。寄生虫更是带来了新鲜的感受。可爱的造型伴随它们的动态媒体影片介绍娓娓道来。小游戏和寄生虫玩偶造型别致生动,贡献了多维形态,让面貌焕然一新。——靳军教授

在网络舆论偏激化越来越明显的今天,偏激情绪让网络民众的集体行为变得不受控制。即使是自诩理性的人也会因为自己的价值倾向去选择带有个人色彩的信息进行传播,发布不够客观的内容,甚至成为不实信息的捏造者。每位参与评论的网络民众都有可能无意间做出一种伤害行为。由于这种网络的现象与赛博朋克所描绘的未来世界非常相似,而基于对赛博朋克风格的喜爱,想要将上述的现象用cg短片的形式表现出来。

张世元同学在个人学习中更热爱技术辅助实现的艺术创作。他的兴趣和能力在艺术世界的视觉化构建之中。影视美术中电影概念场景设计在数字媒体时代又有了进一步发展,张世元毕业作品正是在实现他的创作理想,去创建具有文学艺术工作下,价值观与虚拟世界的塑造。这些需要执着的精神与专业化的努力,作品完成了场景概念美术的动态设计,直观化地实现了影像创作最直观高效的成果与表现探索。这些基于他对于科幻艺术形式大量的研究、梳理与总结。获得了类型化、风格化的研究成果。同时他毕设作品更多地关注着社会发展与可能的问题,把对未来社会的危机、技术发展的伦理问题通过他的创作反映出来,让观众在真实直观的画面前获得反思、重新审视的机会。他作品中对数字技术的运用能力以及脚本与镜头画面的艺术感染力都反映出他持续创作的成果。这其中还包含了人文关怀与对人类前景的积极性期待。科技与艺术的结合创造出与时代同步、与现代理念共融的价值观基调。从完整性上亦是实现了创作初衷与创新性价值。——靳军教授

自身有一种状态,是常会因为拥有自由舒展又快乐的时刻而感觉到“不应该”,但在压抑规整的环境中,又感觉透不过气来。人们总会面对来自不同方面束缚自身的东西,比如外界环境,自我认知以及亲近关系。
作品利用图像和影像的形式,向观众传达现代社会中人们在面对种种未知,周遭环境以及矛盾心理所导致的自我束缚状态。从而表达人们无论能不能持续当下的生活状态,到达某个契机点时,都会主动或被动的进入下个阶段,其实就是一场自我挣扎的过程。
“我们被锁链束缚,却从不知钥匙在自己手中”。

导师评语

房子为的作品《自缚》,是从自身的状态,在透不过气的压抑的环境中,找到自我解束的方法。人们总会面对来自不同束缚自身的东西,比如有来自外界条条框框的限制或是给你指路的人带来的焦虑;有来自童年时期以爱为绑架的亲密关系烙印在记忆力的纠缠,还有随着成长经历逐渐对自我认知的不清晰,导致自我厌弃,自我逃避。束缚有很多原因,个人的、社会的…但是如何摆脱这些东西是每一个人都面临的问题。不管怎样,每个人都要努力的突破这些不利因素,从而完成了我们的成长之路。——姚璐教授

随着奶奶记忆力的逐渐衰退,她脑海中的人与物变得疏离且朦胧。图像内容由三种情绪的递进组成,分别是:从奶奶的自述中提取的老照片和老物件;以我对奶奶的了解拍摄的身边物;我对这份情感的态度表达。再将一层又一层的蜡油覆盖在图像上,如同记忆的褪色直至完全空白。虽然奶奶生理上的记忆已经逝去了,但在灵魂深处家人仍是她永恒的习惯。

导师评语

聂田园的作品是关于对祖母的爱的主题。祖母是一个极其平凡的老人,随着年龄的增长记忆在逐渐消退,这就触动了她对奶奶的回忆和关怀,作者用流动的蜡烛液作为记忆的遮蔽,随着操作中的蜡烛液体不断的滴在画面上,淌下的蜡液使得图片逐渐模糊。遗忘是连续性的,而蜡烛的特性十分符合这段想要表达的情感。年迈的奶奶,就像燃烧后的蜡烛油,她年轻时那燃烧的岁月是我无法见到的。而今天蜡烛的流淌的热液恰是作者如同对奶奶的了解在逐渐加深。这个作品是一个持续性的,在理论上蜡烛液不断的一点点的在画面上加厚、凝固。使画面模糊退化。从而完成作者对长辈的深深的爱恋。——姚璐教授

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Article III

Event participants should be adults (people 18 years or older with full civil legal capacity). Underage persons must be accompanied by an adult.

Article IV

Event participants undertake all liability for their personal safety during the event, and event participants are encouraged to purchase personal safety insurance. Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.

Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.

CAFA Art Museum Publication Authorization Agreement

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Article III
