一工作室的孩子们即将毕业了……


历经艰苦甚至有些艰辛的学习,2023届油画系第一工作室的同学们迎来了他们本科阶段的检阅——毕业创作展。这些作品反映了他们的青春记忆和所思所想,可能未必尽善尽美,却充满了年轻人的不羁与活力。艺术之路漫长,但今天的他们都是胜利者。本科毕业展将是他们今后艺术人生的起点与参照,希望他们行稳致远。我和一工作室的全体老师带着不舍,祝福他们拥有更加绚烂的未来!

作品阐释:

小时候去其他城市总会感到陌生,而如今随着基建的迅速发展,大城市的面貌变得比较相似,这种陌生感似乎在减弱,不过一些地标也一直保持着其独有的特点。我经常幻想如果眼前看到的景象旁边突然加上一个不属于这里的建筑可能也不会感到怪异。对于即将毕业的我来说也生活在这样意想的“城市”,或多或少地感受到新颖,奇怪,清晰但又模糊,所以我试着尽可能准确地将这种模糊景象描绘出来。

这条路是我上小学和初中的必经之路,那时还没有天街和地铁。一天下午在附近看到这样的场景,于是想画下来。

作品阐释:

打开柜门,陷入幻想,摆放的模型似乎在书柜里开始活动。探测器对宇宙深处的探索,远古时代外星文明的降临,历史遗迹与深海生物,象征人类文明的城市与象征时间流逝的计时器等等,这不仅是幻想,也是关于时间、生命与文明的思考。

二工作室主任寄语


今年的毕业创作挂起来了,我和同学们一样兴奋。做央美油画系的毕业创作是多好的一件事呀!往小了想都想不下去。这一届二画室的同学们上过不同阶段的创作课,老师们从不同角度的课题,帮助大家正面回应创作上的问题,同学们也都用心良苦的做作品。近些年二画室课程结构的调整有了回馈,造型问题在创作里有了深入的实践性体验。我们看到,毕业作品的成型同时也是返回生活现场的过程,创作是从生活中生长起来的幼树,将来一定会枝繁叶茂参天而立。因为生活永远是好的艺术家精神生长的母体。愿生活之树常青!愿同学们的艺途无限远长而瑰丽多彩!

作品阐释:

他们极其单纯,在单纯中有一种惊人的深刻。

作品阐释:

面对着当前的女性成长困境以及忧虑,试图通过自画像的形式描绘当前女性处境的内在精神状态。在看不见的外在与内在压力里,在多年未曾省察的心灵的秘密空间中,白色火焰变得温柔,不再委屈,豹从山林起,我成为我自己。

以此抒发自己的精神世界与对女性独立人格特质的追求。

作品阐释:

《她与她》是以研究绘画中女性形象与空间的基础创作的,运用了平面表达的手法与鲜艳色块的对比,展示女性在自我轻松与愉悦的空间,却又隐藏着一丝担忧,借此从另一角度了解到当下年轻女性的生活状态。

作品阐释:

三幅肖像的背景即房间变化是从生存需要到物质满足再到国内智能品牌崛起与百姓重新追求精神富足的过程。画中的人物历经青年时期的不怕苦,中年为更好的生活而奋斗,晚年追求精神文化的升华的人生三个阶段,身体与面容特征变化。这也是时代进步的一个缩影。

《永恒的记忆》       300×200cm         布面油画


作品阐释:

在晚冬的太行山下,人们聚集在一起娱乐。小卖部老板、周围的邻里围坐聊天,一位背着杂乱柴火的苍老妇人,慢慢地向远处嬉笑的人群和老旧的房屋走去,从乱柴可以看出并不是她砍好的,而是捡到的枯枝;她弯曲的背影让我久久不能释怀,这一幕成了我永恒的记忆……我们读书旅游上班朝九晚五和这里看似格格不入,却又息息相关;唤起回忆深处对老人的牵挂。想起了爷爷奶奶总忙不下来的农活,不愿让我们为他们多花钱的推辞,常常关心的话语……他们把本该由岁月带给我们的伤烙印在自己身上。希望大家看到这段话可以给家里的老人打个电话。

作品阐释:

这是一间我的留学生同学四年之前在学校旁租下的小屋子,他在这居住了四年。四年间我与他们常来这里和他玩儿,说说话吃吃饭,我甚至在这里住过一段时间。

这是一间杂乱的屋子,被我画得整洁了不少。

作品阐释:

这是一间我从小学至今日,每每在徐州便常呆在其中的画室,它是我在徐州的一处港湾。它一直伴随着我,留存着我的纯真,我的热烈,我的郁结,我的太多东西。如今站在旁观者的角度去观看它的存在,并将其记录下来。





三工作室主任寄语


三画室2023届毕业生在青春岁月里经历了特殊时期的磨砺,他们在本科阶段艺术感知力最强的时候,打开所有的毛孔,伸长敏锐的触角,感受世界的丰富和变幻,潜心凝神锤炼心智,练就一身过硬的本事,从他们的作品中可以看到舍我其谁的信心和对艺术的热爱与执着。相信本科阶段经历的一切都会成为未来可以持续挖掘的宝藏,祝同学们日后的艺术道路通畅光明。

作品阐释:

在另一个维度中,人类思维是透明的。人类间的沟通不加任何掩饰,完全将自己最直观的思想呈现给彼此。这张作品呈现异维度的两个人在进行交易,他们的脑袋是透明的,两只秃鹫是他们的内心变化。

作品阐释:

回望亘古绵延在福建民间的精神脉络,归其本源是中华儿女与生俱来英勇抗击外来侵略、不怕牺牲的大无畏精神。在继往先民的注视下,在不屈精神的鼓舞下,一代代福建儿女团结一心、生生不息地顽强生活在这片广袤的故土上。这股力量一直在凝望着,凝望着!

作品阐释:

《身体图景》试图在作品与观众之间建立对话,探讨对现实本质和人类经验的假设,当人不去或是失去操控自己的意识和身体,注视自己的内心和身体,我们又可以创造何种新的形式来进行虚拟与现实的联系。在日渐虚拟化的世界中,被加工的图像是白日梦的时刻,提醒着人立足于现实的重要性以及人类精神的强大力量。

以静物和场景组合的方式将情绪、声音、时间等因素具象成画面,表达自己对世界的认知。

作品阐释:

在我的作品中,头纱象征着婚姻和家庭,被覆盖在“母亲”的身上。她腹中的彩色象征着未成形的胎儿,这是我尝试表达的家庭生育无形压力对女性的束缚。镜子中反映的形象是我自己,我在观照母亲那一代人为家庭的付出和牺牲。但是我更希望看到她们展现出自信与自由,过上真正属于自己的生活。画里的猫猫就是代表着女性自信、自由、独立的象征。



作品阐释:

在我的作品中,苹果的纹理代表了女性生育后身体留下的妊娠纹。我选择部分"切开"的苹果内部来象征女性身体。我试图通过更丰富的颜色去描绘和赞颂女性的身体,来肯定女性所做出的贡献和牺牲。作品中,那些"烂掉"(象征老去)的苹果内部像一颗颗小星球,始终在孕育新的生命。这同时表达了我的观点:虽然生育和年龄会给女性带来身体上的改变,但这同样是一种美,是一种新生的象征。





四工作室主任寄语


一年一度的毕业季已在眼前,回首我们共同经历的三年疫情,是你们对绘画的热情与坚持不懈铸就了今日的丰硕成果。在这里展示出同学们四年以来围绕着:“当代的、中国的、个性的绘画艺术”为教学目标进行的学术思考与艺术实践。


同学们在各自的创作思路上,遵循着油画学科的继承与创新;在艺术表现风格与艺术个性表达方面,勇于探索;在中国传统艺术中的抒写脉络与西方油画表现相结合方面,发挥出你们的才华与想像力。在各自的毕业创作中,有些同学关注社会高速发展过程中,关于人与自然的共生关系;有些同学关注可视事物中反应的规律;有些同学关注都市生活中存在的不确定性;有些同学关注爱是一场与时间的赛跑;有些同学关注着时间与空间在画面中凝结,心绪与思考在画面中交织。


   在这里,同学们把所思所想都融入到各自的笔端,通过画面来传达出各自的艺术感受,反映出青年人对于社会思想与现实生活的洞见,在各自的作品中呈现出具有个性气质与精神追求的佳作。毕业是一个新的起点,我们共同在迎接一个巨变的新时代,在寻路未来时,应确立历史思维,坚持守正创新,以不惧挑战、勇于接受新事物的无畏品格谱写当代华章。

万物都有裂痕,是时间的痕迹,也是光进来的地方。

以木的各种形态及所留存的部分,每一块板都好似赋予新的生命,拥有某一处安静的角落,或是某一个新的世界。方寸之间,自有天地,将自然力量可视化,框住原始的美好,展现人与自然的关系。

人生一世,草生一春。

五工作室主任寄语


“蔚然生长”描述的是个体成长过程中所展现出的轻松怡然、自在快乐的心情与状态。这是一种在完成阶段目标时作出的主观性评价和偏见性审视,可以理解为自我鼓励与肯定,但它不是客观真实的。就好像成长中的自我保护机制,它过滤掉了过程中注定要经历的困惑徘徊和痛苦不甘的记忆,我想每个人都对此深有体会。


“真实”是一种难能可贵的品质,对朋友、家人要真实,对自己要真实,对待艺术更需要真实。美院给了同学们试错的机会和修行的场域,但这段光阴只是你们人生中很短的一部分,而且也没有社会来的真实,未来更多的时候需要你们自己去面对。纵然斗转星移、时过境迁,保持内心的真实才能守住真我,它会让你卸下负担、摘下面具、学会坦然与尊重,从而形成面对困难、解决困惑的动力。


这些年,因为一届届同学们的共同努力,油画系第五工作室才得以“蔚然生长”,所以“蔚然”的背后,是说不出、看不见的辛劳汗水和奋斗努力,这才是我们最该总结与喝彩的。美院永远是同学们的精神家园和避风港湾,五工作室的大门也永远向大家敞开。将来无论你们成家立业、大放异彩,还是一时踟蹰困顿,希望你们想到这个家,和家人报声喜、道声安,用包容与理解、真爱与善良,在各自美好的人生中,蔚然生长。

作品阐释:

被框定的内容在视觉领域上,它们更多是受到“注视”和“打量”并非是观看与欣赏。借用“框”和“气球”这种有形的物像语言将社会对女性各种无形的约束和限制以及被长期所谓“道德观”的束缚展现在大家眼前。作品的初衷是希望让大家去了解当代女性真正所处的环境和态势,并给予女性应得到的尊重和认可。

“之”,取其无实意、可用犹广。以为虽难寻人生之真意何为,却仍能被社会取而用之,且较易审其所为用。

一黑一白、一阴一阳,譬之以承前而启后,即“未济”,一生万物,两极相生,观于无穷之期,循环之以进新。

CAFA Art Museum Publication Authorization Agreement

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Article III

Event participants should be adults (people 18 years or older with full civil legal capacity). Underage persons must be accompanied by an adult.

Article IV

Event participants undertake all liability for their personal safety during the event, and event participants are encouraged to purchase personal safety insurance. Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.

CAFA Art Museum Event Safety Disclaimer

Article I

This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Article II

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.

Article III

Event participants should be adults (people 18 years or older with full civil legal capacity). Underage persons must be accompanied by an adult.

Article IV

Event participants undertake all liability for their personal safety during the event, and event participants are encouraged to purchase personal safety insurance. Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.

Article V

During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.

Article VI

Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.

CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement

According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):

I. General Provisions

(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.

(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.

(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.

II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use

(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.

(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.

(3) Geographical Scope of Use

The applicable geographic scope is global.

The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).

III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use

Use in perpetuity.

IV. Licensing Fees

The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.

After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.

Additional Terms

(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.

(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.

(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.

Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
