The CAFA Art Museum is committed to providing an internship platform for students aspiring to engage in the study, research and practice of the art museum field. By participating in the planning and implementation of specific projects, interns can gain an in-depth understanding of the operation mechanism of art museums, accumulate practical experience for their academic studies and 2career development, and meanwhile create conditions for nurturing a new generation of high-quality art museum professionals.
The CAFA Art Museum offers internship opportunities covering thirteen types of positions across seven departments:

Planning and Research Department
Exhibition Project Assistant

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above in art history, art or related majors;
2. Having relevant work or internship experience in exhibitions, with excellent communication skills and text editing and processing capabilities;
3.Proficient in using daily office software.
Archives Management Assistant
——————————————————————
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above in majors such as Archival Science, Art History, Information Management, etc.;
2. Possess excellent word processing and archival arrangement capabilities;
3. Proficient in using daily office software;
4. Candidates with relevant experience in archival management are preferred.

Collection Department
Collection Data Arrangement Assistant

1. Current undergraduate or postgraduate student majoring in Art History, Museology, Archaeology, Archival Science, Information Management, Cultural Heritage Conservation, or other related fields.
2. Meticulous and detail-oriented in work, able to adapt to repetitive and process-driven tasks.
3. Proficient in common office software, with advanced Excel skills.
4. Preference will be given to applicants with experience using databases or collection management software, basic knowledge of art history, and the ability to recognize common art categories and professional terminology.
Registration and Recording Assistant

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above in majors such as art history, library science, information management, etc.;
2. Have certain text editing capabilities;
3. Proficient in using daily office software;
4. Experience in database management is preferred.

Exhibition Department
Exhibition Installation and Dismantling Assistant

1. Bachelor's degree or above or currently enrolled in majors such as art history, design, and plastic arts;
2. Good official document writing ability;
3. Proficient in using daily office software and simple drawing software, and familiar with the operation of media playback software.

Design Department
Spatial Design Assistant

1. Currently pursuing a master's degree or above in a design-related major;
2. Understand spatial scale and ergonomics, be able to assist in the design and structural optimization of exhibitions and interior spaces, and possess basic knowledge of materials and craftsmanship;
3. Proficient in using AutoCAD; priority will be given to those who master SketchUp or other drafting and 3D software.
Visual Design Assistant

1. Currently pursuing a master's degree or above in a design-related major;
2. Possess solid capabilities in Chinese and English typography, layout design and color matching, and be able to independently complete basic designs such as simple posters and material typesetting;
3. Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Ministry of Public Education
Front Desk Public Service Assistant

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above in majors such as art history, art management, art education, modeling, media, etc.;
2. Strong sense of service, good affinity and communication skills, as well as the ability to respond to emergencies;
3. Proficiency in spoken English is preferred.
Art Workshop Assistant

1. Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree or above in majors such as art history, art management, art education, and modeling;
2. Possess solid writing skills and be able to independently compose copy;
3. Have event organization and on-site coordination abilities, with strong execution skills and the capacity to handle multi-threaded work;
4. Candidates with experience in event photography, videography, video editing, and art teaching are preferred.

Media Propaganda Department
Photography and Video Production Assistant

3. Proficient in using basic shooting and video production tools;

Media Editing Assistant

1. Bachelor's degree or above or currently enrolled in majors such as art management, journalism, Chinese language, etc.;
2. Possess solid writing skills and writing and editing abilities, and be able to independently complete art-related reports;
3. Experience in editing for WeChat Official Accounts and Xiaohongshu platforms is preferred.

Department of Development
Assistant for Business Cooperation and Cultural and Creative Development

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above in majors such as art management and product design;
2. Good aesthetic foundation, strong communication and execution skills;
3. Proficient in using AI graphic design software, 3D modeling software, office software, etc.;
4. Candidates with photography and video editing capabilities, a foundation in product design, or experience in event and art cooperation are preferred.
Assistant for Donation and Sponsorship Activities

1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or above, with a major in Digital Media being preferred.
2. Possess a good aesthetic foundation and solid writing skills, and be able to write independently.
3. Proficient in using office software such as Keynote and Office; those with basic graphic design skills are preferred.
3. Have photography, videography and video editing capabilities, be familiar with software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and AI, and be able to complete video production independently; those with editing experience on WeChat Official Accounts and Xiaohongshu platforms are preferred.

1. The internship period is from the end of March 2026 to the end of June 2026, and the complete internship cycle shall be no less than three months.
2. Participate in work no less than four days a week and be able to accept temporary work arrangements during holidays.
3. A mentor system shall be implemented. The art gallery shall assign internship mentors, formulate internship plans, guide interns to participate in project practice, and provide internship evaluations.
4. Conduct a comprehensive assessment based on the performance and duration records during the internship, and issue an internship certificate.
