“北平艺专与民国美术”学术研讨会第二天
2013年4月7日上午9点，在中央美术学院美术馆学术报告厅举行的“北平艺专与民国美术”研讨会进入第二天；也是整个研讨会的第五场开讲，该场的关键词为“美术教育”。
会议执行人曹庆晖老师邀请主持人李超先生和评议人潘耀昌先生就位，两位都是来自上海大学美术学院的教授。中央美术学院《美术研究》副主编、研究员张鹏女士由于在党校学习，第一场的发言就由她的学生代为宣读其论文《严修父子与中国近现代美术教育》，论文涉及了严修携子东游日本以求教育救国、扶持民间美术、普及幼儿教育等历史事件；紧接着，曹庆晖副教授主讲“民国北京中国画学教育体系演进初探”，曹老师从徐悲鸿提倡中国画学教育改革入题，称徐悲鸿在当时办学条件并非充分的情况下，凭着自己一往无前的性格，坚持建立了自己的美育架子。他的教学主张对于当时正处于衰败情况下的中国画领域，有了很深远的影响。而后，南京博物院艺术研究所副研究员万新华先生发表“也谈国立中央大学师范学院艺术学系的中国画教学”，认为徐悲鸿对当时的中国画教学是兼容并包的，并非后来人所称的＂徐悲鸿教学模式＂；只是在油画教学而言，的确发挥了重要作用。本场最后一位发言的是中央美术学院讲师刘礼宾老师，他一直着重于研究民国时期的雕塑，此次的论题“国立北平艺专之于民国雕塑的发展——事件发生以及其深层意义”围绕长期在各地考察并收集来的民国雕塑资料展开，用PPT为大家展示了大量的图片资料，提供了不少新鲜线索。谈及蔡元培对＂雕塑＂的定位及他与徐悲鸿对雕塑家的提携，其中有两位中国近现代史重要的雕塑家便是滑田友和王临乙。最后本场的评议人潘耀昌教授给四位发言总结陈词，也请四位共同上台回答提问并与台下学者相互补充论点及论证。
中央美术学院《美术研究》执行主编、研究员殷双喜展开第二场主题发言，其选题“实用与审美——国立北平艺专的图案学科”，谈及清末美术教育的西化转型与实用美术主流；东京美术学校与早期中国美术教育的相关事件。谈到在民国时期的图案课始终是必修课，而且蔡元培已经开始重视美术的实际作用。第二为发言的周博老师是来自中央美院设计学院的讲师，他的主题为“北京美术学校与中国现代设计教育的开端——以北京美术学校《图案法讲义》为中心的知识考察”；周老师通过小室信藏的《一般图案法》为桥梁，联系19世纪末20世纪初日本与英国的设计教育和知识状况，从知识和思想传播的角度考察北京美术学校与中国的现代设计教育的知识起源问题。周老师个人收集了七本北京艺术大学时期的图案法讲义，并将当时被学生认为土气的讲义内页播放给大家看。接着，湖北工程学院美术与设计学院副院长李中华教授主讲“民国早期‘北京模式’之图案教育研究”，从＂北京模式＂之图案教育学制类型与课程体系展开阐述，历数了北平艺专历届校长对其“北京模式”建立及建设的影响。最后，中央美术学院研究生处处长许平教授总结第六场是围绕＂图案教学＂展开的，认为这是直接关联着中国设计教学的源头。同样也对三位发言学者提问，与三位互动对答。
午餐过后，第七场主题发言是围绕“油画与国画”讨论，来自广州美术学院美术史系的李公明教授首先开讲“徐悲鸿的写实主义与中国画改造”，其论文是为了研究徐悲鸿的写实主义艺术思想与实践与1949年以后美术界的新中国国画改造运动具有何种联系与区别。第二位发言者刘新教授来自广西艺术学院，主讲“从国立到中央——中国早期西画演进的北方路线及中心格局的再发现”，阐述了＂国立＂当时所处的得天独厚的地位（学校设在北洋政府的所在），加之校长郑锦系正式留日生，蔡元培和北大画法研究会、阿波罗学会优越的文艺环境，使其艺术、行政资源等都优于上海和广州的艺术学校。然后，中央民族大学副教授吴雪杉先生的论题是《“新国画”——徐悲鸿与“新兴作家”的出场》，指出最早提出＂新国画＂的不是徐悲鸿，而是岭南派画家。在1947年被认定为＂新兴作家＂的人之中，叶浅予被徐悲鸿高度赞赏。最后是中国艺术研究院研究所副研究员朱京生主题发言“道路之争——从三教授罢教事件及相关中国画的争论”，他从事件本身展开：由于在中国画教学上与校长徐悲鸿的严重分歧，艺专秦仲文、李智超、陈缘督三教授于1947年10月2日开始罢…… 发言结束，评议人中央美术学院教授李树声先生总结四位的发言，说这场已转入绘画领域内的探讨；他在谈及当时的留学生时，称民国使其留学生的使命都很明确，即救国：希望学以致用，不要总是被动。接着，主持人王璜生馆长邀请诸位上台展开互动讨论环节。
最后一场由刘新教授主持，殷双喜老师做评议员；广州美术学院艺术学研究所副研究员蔡涛主讲“抗战初期中日之间的美术宣传战--从中央美术学院美术馆藏王式廓《武汉大壁画草稿》谈起”； 中央美术学院研究生处处长许平教授谈“一组不能忘记的历史影像--中共早期革命活动中的平面设计人和事”，并与大家分享了具有历史意义的照片；中央美术学院图书馆副馆长安永欣女士主讲＂战难收善果，艺好灿奇葩——矢崎千代二的艺术生涯＂，她称因为我馆收藏了矢崎千代二上千余幅作品，再加上矢崎千代二是央美史上仅有两位日本教员的其中之一，安女士认为很有研究价值。最后按照惯例，待评议员发言完毕后，三位学者回到台上与大家做进一步交流。
连续两天紧凑的八场主题发言顺利完成，曹庆晖老师主持闭幕式，王璜生馆长和尹吉男教授先后上台致辞，除了对所有与会者表示由衷感谢之外；尹老师还提出了自己的期许：将此次多元的材料能多元地利用，各位的论文进一步完善，达到出版的高度。那么，我们也期待着今年五月，各位学者上交论文的最终稿。
当然，也如同尹老师所说，有“北平艺专”这样好的画展，才引申出这个研讨会；在国立北平艺专精品陈列的西画部分结束后，预计将在六月初继续展出国画部分，期待大家的继续关注！

Article I
This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.
Article II
Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.
Article III
Event participants should be adults (people 18 years or older with full civil legal capacity). Underage persons must be accompanied by an adult.
Article IV
Event participants undertake all liability for their personal safety during the event, and event participants are encouraged to purchase personal safety insurance. Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.
Article V
During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.
Article VI
Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.
CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement
According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):
I. General Provisions
(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.
(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.
(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.
II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use
(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.
(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.
(3) Geographical Scope of Use
The applicable geographic scope is global.
The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).
III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use
Use in perpetuity.
IV. Licensing Fees
The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.
After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.
Additional Terms
(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.
(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.
(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.
Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer. After participants sign/check the required box, participants and their families will be seen as having read and agreed to these terms.
