2009年12月28日下午3点,《中央美术学院素描60年》展览开幕式在中央美院美术馆一层大厅隆重举行。中央美院美术馆馆长王璜生先生主持了开幕式,徐悲鸿纪念馆馆长廖静文先生、中国美术家协会名誉主席、中央美院学术委员会名誉主席靳尚谊先生、中央美院院长潘公凯先生、中央美院副院长、总策展人徐冰先生为开幕式致词。廖静文先生、靳尚谊先生、潘公凯先生、中央美院书记杨力先生、中国美协党组书记吴长江先生、中国美协副主席、中国美术馆馆长范迪安先生、中国壁画协会会长侯一民先生、李可染国际美术基金会理事长邹佩珠先生、总策展人徐冰先生为开幕式剪彩。中央美院副院长谭平、党委副书记孙红培、策展委员会成员与众多美术界的前辈候一民、邓澍、闻立鹏、钟涵、袁运生、潘世勋、靳之林、杜键、苏高礼、孙为民等先生出席了开幕式,现场观众踊跃。
开幕之前,在美术馆国际会议厅举行了《中央美术学院素描60年》展览媒体发布会,发布会由我院副书记孙红培先生主持,副院长、总策展人徐冰教授、分场策展人高天雄、靳军、殷双喜先生及王璜生馆长参加了媒体发布会。凤凰资讯台、中央电视台、人民日报、光明日报、参考消息、搜狐文化等40多家媒体悉数到场。
《中央美术学院素描60年》展览自开展以来,每天开馆前都有大量的观众在门外排队等待参观。据展厅工作人员介绍,很多外地的老师带学生专程来参观本次展览。现场观众络绎不绝,观者行走其间,驻足凝眸,悉心研读,几代名师的教诲仿若身边,莘莘学子定能受益匪浅。正如靳尚谊先生所说:“要清楚历史和事实,要扎扎实实做学问”,徐冰先生在展览前言中也说:“我们梳理自己的轨迹,既是帮助自己看到过去历史进程中的得失,也是获得思考未来发展的依据。真正当代的态度是不排斥任何有益的文化营养的。如何处理技能训练与当代的关系是观照当代问题不可缺失的部分,也是我们必须面对的课题,这也许是我们在将来可以给世界提供的经验”。
这次展览特别之处在于:展览方式是横向展开,纵向陈述;宏观展现,微观深入;整体梳理,局部注释;深入浅出地让观众了解历史的原貌。在“素描基础教学”版块中,可以一览中央美术学院从徐悲鸿先生到当代素描教学60年来的轨迹,师承脉络。很多平时只能在书中见到的作品,这次展览中都可一睹为快,如徐悲鸿、吴作人先生的人体素描,靳尚谊、钟涵先生的人物写生,徐冰、喻红、刘小东学生时期的《大卫》素描写生等。“素描与创作思维”版块则展示了重大题材创作的素描原作及创作手稿,很多是初次与观众见面,例如王式廓的《血衣》、《南昌起义》、冯法祀的《刘胡兰就义》、李斛的《广州起义》、高潮的《走合作化道路》、潘世勋的《翻身曲》、侯一民的《刘少奇与安源矿工》、靳之林的《南泥湾》、孙滋溪及附中教师集体创作的《当代英雄》、闻立鹏的《国际歌》、韦启美的《青纱帐》、林岗的《万里征程诗不尽》、周思聪的《矿工图》、陈丹青的《西藏组画》、朝戈的《排云》、唐勇力的《开国大典》、马刚的《毛泽东会见尼克松》、侯一民与中央美院壁画系集体创作的《抗震壮歌》等创作草图及写生稿。如徐冰先生在《序》中所说,这部分展示了我院60年来部分创作以素描为主线的背景材料,揭示作品形成的思路历程。这些极富感染力并曾经给社会以广泛影响的作品,创作者是怎样提炼出有效的造型语言,又最终落实到画面上的。这里的每一个过程,都是视觉图式的发生个案,它们直接提示的是艺术的深度及绘画的本体部分--即艺术样式与艺术家所处时代之间关系的、处理技术的能力,而不是在风格、流派样式之间比较和争论的结果。这部分为我们提供了如何以艺术面对时代的经验。 “艺术家个案研究”这部分则深度剖析钱绍武、苏高礼、刘小东三位艺术家的成长与创作经历,让观众直接与这些作品的内幕相遇。
本次展览是首次时跨60年师生素描作品同台展出,参展艺术家和学生几百人。众多媒体评论,《中央美术学院素描60年》展览是跨年度最好的展览之一。也有媒体说,如此大型的素描专题研究展可能这个世纪只有这一次。
筚路蓝缕六十载,中央美术学院的事业是几代人薪火相承基奠起来的,凝聚了前辈们的智慧和精神。这次展览是中央美院60年素描学科的一次大盘点,可以说是中国美术教育史上的历史性事件,展览团队成员和很多个人及艺术家家属为本次展览倾心和努力近半年时间。机缘于此,恰逢新年到来,我们谨以此展向诸位前辈们、先生们、所有艺术界的朋友们、师生们致以深切的祝福。

I fully agree to CAFA Art Museum (CAFAM) submitting to CAFA for publication the images, pictures, texts, writings, and event products (such as works created during participation in workshops) related to me from my participation in public events (including museum member events) organized by the CAFA Art Museum Public Education Department. CAFA can publish these materials by electronic, web, or other digital means, and I hereby agree to be included in the China Knowledge Resource Bank, the CAFA Database, the CAFA Art Museum Database, and related data, documentation, and filing institutions and platforms. Regarding their use in CAFA and dissemination on the internet, I agree to make use of these rights according to the stated Rules.

Article I
This event was organized on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participants undertake all risk and liability for themselves. All events have risks, and participants must be aware of the risks related to their chosen event.

Event participants must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, as well as moral and ethical norms. All participants must demonstrate good character, respect for others, friendship, and a willingness to help others.
Article III
Event participants should be adults (people 18 years or older with full civil legal capacity). Underage persons must be accompanied by an adult.
Article IV
Event participants undertake all liability for their personal safety during the event, and event participants are encouraged to purchase personal safety insurance. Should an accident occur during an event, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for the accident, but both have the obligation to provide assistance. Event participants should actively organize and implement rescue efforts, but do not undertake any legal or economic liability for the accident itself. The museum does not undertake civil or joint liability for the personal safety of event participants.
Article V
During the event, event participants should respect the order of the museum event and ensure the safety of the museum site, the artworks in displays, exhibitions, and collections, and the derived products. If an event causes any degree of loss or damage to the museum site, space, artworks, or derived products due to an individual, persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for losses. The event participant must negotiate and provide compensation according to the relevant legal statutes and museum rules. The museum may sue for legal and financial liability.
Article VI
Event participants will participate in the event under the guidance of museum staff and event leaders or instructors and must correctly use the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities provided for the event. If a participant causes injury or harm to him/herself or others while using the painting tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, or causes the damage or destruction of the tools, materials, equipment, and/or facilities, the event participant must undertake all related liability and provide compensation for the financial losses. Persons not involved in the accident and the museum do not undertake any liability for personal accidents.
CAFA Art Museum Portraiture Rights Licensing Agreement
According to The Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, The General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and The Provisional Opinions of the Supreme People’s Court on Some Issues Related to the Full Implementation of the General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, and upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have arrived at the following agreement regarding the use of works bearing Party A’s image in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the portrait licenser (Party A) and the user (Party B):
I. General Provisions
(1) Party A is the portraiture rights holder in this agreement. Party A voluntarily licenses its portraiture rights to Party B for the purposes stipulated in this agreement and permitted by law.
(2) Party B (CAFA Art Museum) is a specialized, international modern art museum. CAFA Art Museum keeps pace with the times, and works to create an open, free, and academic space and atmosphere for positive interaction with groups, corporations, institutions, artists, and visitors. With CAFA’s academic research as a foundation, the museum plans multi-disciplinary exhibitions, conferences, and public education events with participants from around the world, providing a platform for exchange, learning, and exhibition for CAFA’s students and instructors, artists from around the world, and the general public. As a public institution, the primary purposes of CAFA Art Museum’s public education events are academic and beneficial to society.
(3) Party B will photograph all CAFA Public Education Department events for Party A.
II. Content, Forms of Use, and Geographical Scope of Use
(1) Content. The content of images taken by Party B bearing Party A’s likeness include: ① CAFA Art Museum ② CAFA campus ③ All events planned or executed by the CAFAM Public Education Department.
(2) Forms of Use. For use in CAFA’s publications, products with CDs, and promotional materials.
(3) Geographical Scope of Use
The applicable geographic scope is global.
The media in which the portraiture may be used encompasses any media that does not infringe upon Party A’s portraiture rights (e.g., magazines and the internet).
III. Term of Portraiture Rights Use
Use in perpetuity.
IV. Licensing Fees
The fees for images bearing Party A’s likeness will be undertaken by Party B.
After completion, Party B does not need to pay any fees to Party A for images bearing Party A’s likeness.
Additional Terms
(1) All matters not discussed in this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. Both parties may then sign a supplementary agreement, provided it does not violate any laws or regulations.
(2) This agreement comes into effect on the date that it is signed (sealed) and the relevant boxes are selected by Party A and Party B.
(3) This agreement exists in paper and electronic forms. The paper form is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B each retaining one copy with the same legal efficacy.
Event participants implicitly accept and undertake all the obligations stated in this agreement. Those who do not consent will be seen as abandoning the right to participate in this event. Before participating in this event, please speak to your family members to obtain their consent and inform them of this disclaimer.
